Reply IRVINE, CA — Orange County's first Shake Shack is opening its doors in Irvine, and residents can get the first taste of the East Coast-based burger chain on Friday, May 26. The Orange County location is the 300th location to open in the country and the 40th location in California, with the most recent opening being Rancho Cucamonga in March. ' We received so much demand that it was a natural next step,' said Shake Shack Culinary Director Mark Rosati told the Orange County Register.
