Any 'World of Color' comes with a host of expectations that the massive water show will be bombastic, bold and over the top, but the new 'One' at Disney California Adventure is quiet, subtle and mellow — and that's the goal. 'It is a very different take on ‘World of Color,'' said Disney Live Entertainment Show Director Wendy Ruth. 'It's a very different vibe and hopefully leaves you with a sense of empowerment and with a sense of, ‘I could be the one. I could make a difference.''
